2. Eligibility

Our programs and services are designed primarily for young people aged 15-35 residing in Uganda. By participating, you confirm that you meet the age requirements for the specific program or service you are accessing.

  • Youth membership is open to individuals aged 15-35.
  • Extraordinary membership is open to individuals aged 18 and above.
  • Questionnaire participation is voluntary and open to eligible youth.

3. Questionnaire Participation

Our questionnaires are designed to help us better understand the health and wellness needs of young people in our community.

  • Participation is entirely voluntary.
  • You may skip any question you are uncomfortable answering.
  • Responses are collected anonymously and used solely for program improvement.
  • By submitting responses, you consent to the anonymous use of your data for research and program development purposes.
  • We do not share individual responses with any third party.

4. Membership

Membership in AT-YOUTH CLINIC is subject to the following conditions:

  • Ordinary membership is free and open to youth aged 15-35.
  • Extraordinary membership requires payment of a prescribed annual fee.
  • Members agree to abide by the organization's code of conduct and objectives.
  • AT-YOUTH CLINIC reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership for violations of our policies.
  • Membership benefits may change at the organization's discretion.

5. Privacy & Data Protection

  • We collect only the information necessary for providing our services.
  • Personal data is stored securely and accessed only by authorized personnel.
